Introduction

Quick and hearty, spicy soup. Quick and hearty, spicy soup.

Ingredients

    1 lb1 lb Italian style turkey sausage
    1 yellow pepper
    ½ yellow onion
    1 zucchini
    1 stalk fennel
    ½ bag frozen spinach or equivalent fresh (chopped)
    1 can garbanzo beans
    Beef (and or tomato) broth
    Water
    garlic chili paste (to taste)
    Italian Seasoning

Directions

Brown sausage; add onions, peppers, fennel and zucchini. Cook until tender. Add broth and water; season; add spinach and garbanzo beans, simmer until hot.
