Cabbage Venison Soup/Stew

Introduction

From the Cabbage Soup diet with venison added. Really tasty. My son actually loves it! From the Cabbage Soup diet with venison added. Really tasty. My son actually loves it!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Cabbage (head), carrots (2 lbs), celery (1 bunch), tomatoes (crushed, 2 large cans), green beans (fresh is best), yellow beans (fresh if you want), zuchini (at end of cooking), summer squash (at end of cooking), Beef broth and or chicken broth (2 cartons), onion soup mix (not included in nutritional figures), pepper and/or Mrs. Dash seasoning blend (extra spicy is good),

Directions

Add celery, carrots, tomatoes, green beans, onion if desired, beef broth, seasoning to large pot. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes then simmer up to 2 hours. Add zuchini, summer squash or other vegetables for last ten or 15 minutes.

I also added an envelope of onion soup mix
