Easy, Quick and Fluffy BiscuitsSubmitted by: BDUNCANDIET
IntroductionWhat family doesn't love to add these to a nice home-cooked meal? My very picky kids love these and so does everyone else. What family doesn't love to add these to a nice home-cooked meal? My very picky kids love these and so does everyone else.
1 stick hard margarine
2 cups pancake mix (I used Krusteaz)
3/4 cup nonfat milk
In a large mixing bowl pour in pancake mix and cut in shortening with fork or pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pour milk into flour mixture while stirring with a fork. Do not let dough sit. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet (cooking spray is fine). Try to keep them tall and thin instead of spreading them out so they are wide and short because they are easier to cut in half later. Bake 12 minutes, or until brown on top.

These flattened and tasted like pancake mix, not biscuits. Not my fave. - 4/27/09

Sounds like you may have used a little too much liquid.
