Chicken Teriyaki

Introduction

This Recipe does require 4 - 8 hours of marinating time. Super fast and easy to prepare. Mom used to make this for us growing up. Doesn't get any easier than this.
Recipe is from the back of the Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce bottle. Serve with rice and broccoli or Asian vegetables.

Ingredients

    4 chicken thighs
    1 cup Kikkoman's Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

Trim fat from chicken thighs. Place in zip lock bag with 1 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce. Marinate chicken in refrigerator from 4 hours to overnight, turning occasionally.

Place chicken and marinade in an oven safe dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center, turning and basting once.

-OR- Grill about 5" from heat, turning and basting once while grilling. Grill about 20 minutes per side.
