The whole family will love it!!
1 lb ground venison or extra lean beef
1 can (20oz) crushed tomatos
1 cup Fat Free Mozz cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2.5 cusp 100% whole wheat ziti, pasta
boil noodles til done
put olive oil on skillet and add garlic.
When it starts to brown, add meat and cook til done
add remaining seasonings - cook til fragrant
add crushed tomatos and stir
In a seperate baking dish:
layer meat mixture, noodles, and cheese, (do at least 2 layers, depending on size of your dish.)
Bake for 30 minutes and serve!!
