Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Can Red Beans
    1 Can Great Northern Beans
    1/2 Cup chopped onion
    1 Clove Garlic chopped
    3 Cups water
    6 Slices Oscar Meyer Precooked Canadian Bacon
    Seasoned Pepper
    1 Bay Leaf
    Two cups cooked rice

Directions

Rinse beans and put in pan, add onion, garlic, pepper, bay leaf, canadian bacon and water. Bring to boil, turn down heat and simmer about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Server over rice. Yields 4 servings.
