Deviled Shrimp

Introduction

Clean 1 Lb shrimp. Saute in non stick skillet 2 - 3 mins. Add 1 Tbs (or 3 tsp) poupon mustard, chopped garlic, & diced onion. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Cover, cook 10 mins. Add peeled tomatoe (peel tomotoe by dropping into biling water), break it up with fork. Mix. Cover & cook 10 more mins, Clean 1 Lb shrimp. Saute in non stick skillet 2 - 3 mins.
