Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Bake

Submitted by: NOAHBELCHER

Introduction

Delicious and Tasty. While it isn't a diet food it just got a little healthier. We've substituted Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup for the regular soup. Delicious and Tasty. Very good! I had run out of chicken broth so I poured off the juice of a can of chicken noodle soup... not much but at least something. I also used corn tortillas instead of flour.

Thank you for trying it and for the vote! Way to be resourceful! My wife often substitutes Chicken Bullion for the broth and that also turns out quite well. The type of tortillas is left entirely to your personal taste. Enjoy!
