The "hearts" of palm and artichoke "hearts" make this salad "hearty" enough to eat as a meal rather than a side salad.

The "hearts" of palm and artichoke "hearts" make this salad "hearty" enough to eat as a meal rather than a side salad.

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 medium sized romaine hearts, chopped

    1 medium sized cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

    1 small whole tomato, seeded and chopped

    1 3.5 oz pkg of Atheno's reduced fat crumbled feta cheese

    1 can Reese artichoke hearts in water, chopped

    1 can Reese hearts of palm, chopped

    1/2 cup Ken's Steakhouse - Greek w/feta cheese, black olives and imported olive oil dressing


Directions

Makes: 3 Large "meal sized" servings


1.) Prepare all ingredients accordingly.


2.) Combine in a large salad bowl.


3.) Toss and enjoy!
