Ingredients

    2 c. Brocolli. frozen
    4 Tbsp. Butter
    1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Directions

Place either 2 c. Frozen Broccoli or 1 Lrg. Head of Broccolli Spears into a Microwave safe bowl, cover tightly & defrost to almost al dente. Add the butter & lemon juice & melt. Continue until Broccoli reaches desired doneness & butter & lemon juice are blendable.
Toss & serve!
