Sandy's Lite Shepherds Pie

I just made this tonight, and had to share! It is tasty, hearty, filling, and pretty low in fat at just 4 grams of saturated per serving. If you don't mind a little extra fat, you may want to add a bit more Smart Balance to yum up the potatoes even more :) I just made this tonight, and had to share! Ingredients
-
* 20 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
* 1 medium Onion
* Brown Gravy Mix dry
* 1 cup Water
* 1.5 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
* 10oz package Mixed Vegetables, frozen
* 4 medium Potatoes
* 2 cups skim milk
* 2 TBSP Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
* 2 tsp Paprika
* 1/2 c Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
* Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F
Brown ground turkey with onions. Drain off all liquid.
Heat frozen vegetables 3/4 recommended heating time
Prepare gravy by package directions. Once gravy is ready, add the worcestershire sauce to it. Add the gravy mix to the ground turkey & onion. Add mixed vegetables. Stir well and spread entire mix into the bottom of a 9x12" dish.
Mash potatoes with butter, milk, salt and pepper. Spread potato mixture evenly on top of the turkey mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and 1/2 of the cheese.
Bake uncovered at 400 degree F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, top with remaining cheese, and bake 5 more minutes. I do this with the oven off to save energy. There is enough heat remaining to melt the cheese.
Let stand 5 - 10 minutes and serve!
Makes approx. 6 nice size servings.
