1 T each butter and olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 T parsley
Juice of one lemon
4(4oz. each) filets tilapia
Heat butter and olive oil over med. heat until butter is melted. Add garlic and parsley, and cook 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
Place tilapia in baking dish and pour butter mixture evenly over fish.
Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
*Note: I used frozen fish, if yours is fresh, reduce cooking time 10-15 mins.
