Catalina Chicken

Introduction

I had this at a women's retreat and had to ask for the recipe, and I don't even like cranberries. A must try and super simple to make.

1 can of cranberry sauce and one bottle of salad dressing make enough for two recipes. You can take the pre-mixed concoction and freeze it for another day.

Ingredients

    6 chicken breasts, no skin, deboned
    3/4 c. cranberry sauce
    3/4 c. Kraft Free Catalina Salad Dressing

Directions

Spray a casserole pan with cooking spray. Lay the chicken breasts in the pan. Mix cranberry sauce and salad dressing and pour over the chicken breasts. Cook at 350'F for 30-40 minutes. Flip once part way through the cooking if desired.
