8 Lamb chops (1 1/2 in)
2 tbsp Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
1/8 tsp black pepper
2. combine mustard, oil, rosemary and pepper in small bowl. Brush mustard mixture on both sides of chops. Place lamb chops on unheated broiler pan.
3. Broil (4 in) from heat to desired doneness ( 7-11 min. for medium) , turning once.
Serve immediately. Top with fresh rosemary , if desired.
