Introduction

I found this on a BBQ site I love it on my grilled chicken. I found this on a BBQ site I love it on my grilled chicken.

Ingredients

    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Paprika, 2 tbsp
    Ground Cumin, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Dry Ground Mustard seed, 3 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp

Directions

Rub on any meat and let sit for an hour or so grill or boil or even smoke about 2 tablespoons is equal to a serving I use about that to rub on a pound of meat.
