2 cups cooked chicken breast
1 cup Pace picante sauce
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can green chili peppers
1 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
3 low-fat flour tortillas (burrito size)
Combine soup, pace, chili powder, chilis, and sour cream in a bowl. Take 1 cup of soup mixture and mix with chicken, black beans and cheese.
Place 1 cup of soup mixture in bottom of baking dish. Put 1/3 of chicken in tortilla and place seam side up in baking dish(repeat 2 more times). Cover tortillas with remaining soup mixture. Bake for 40 minutes (or until sauce is bubbling).
