Ingredients

4 to 8 medium white fish fillets
    2 Tbsp flour
    1/2 tsp salt
2 cups grated low fat cheese
    1 cup grated onions
    1/4 to 1/3 cup Milk
    1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Wipe fish dry and place in foil lined pan. Mix cheese, onion, flour and salt. Sprinkle black pepper over cheese mixture. Toss lightly and spread it over fish.
