Introduction

This is a great recipe. Serve with tartar sauce, lemon wedges and extra Worcestershire sauce to sprinkle on top. YUM! This is a great recipe. Serve with tartar sauce, lemon wedges and extra Worcestershire sauce to sprinkle on top. YUM!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    14 or 15 oz can salmon
    1/2 cup anadama bread crumbs (whole wheat) 2 oz
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tablespoon dry minced onion or 2 tablespoons of fresh minced onion
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 Tbsp coconut oil for frying

Directions

Heat the oil in a large skillet. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands mix the ingredients together and shape into patties. Place the patties in the hot oil and brown on each side. Turn the heat down and continue cooking on low for about 20 minutes turning often.
