Grandma's Peanut butter cookies

Introduction

These are my favorite cookies. I have substituted 1/2 cup splenda on occassion to reduce the amount of carbs per cookie. They taste just as good! These are my favorite cookies. I have substituted 1/2 cup splenda on occassion to reduce the amount of carbs per cookie. They taste just as good!
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 cup Peanut Butter smooth or chunky
    1 egg
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
    1 cup sugar (can substitute up to 1/2 cup with splenda)

Directions

Mix the three ingredients above and spoon tablespoons of the mixture onto baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-15 min. Remove from oven and allow to set.
Makes about 36 cookies
