Tempeh Stroganoff

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Tempeh, 8 oz grated or cut into 1/4 inch cubes
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Beef bouillon 1 cup prepared
    1 large Onion, chopped
    1 cup fresh sliced Mushrooms
    2 cloves Garlic, diced
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1-2 cups plain, low-fat Yogurt

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until onions are transluscent.
Add tempeh, soy sauce, and mushrooms and continue to saute until tempeh is browned
Add prepared boullion and simmer for 5-10 minutes
Remove from heat
Add yogurt and stir
Prepare over whole-wheat pasta or rice
