Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, minced
    1 1/2 cups shredded white meat chicken
    2 cups fat free chicken broth
    2 bay leaves
    2 Tablespoons fresh minced parsley
    1 10oz frozen mixed vegetables
    4 dry oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Noodles

Directions

Put onions, celery, parsley, bay leaves, chicken and broth into large soup pot. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add frozen mixed veggies and simmer another 15 minutes. Check for liquid level and add water if necessary. When boiling add dry noodles and cook for another 10 minutes. Turn off, remove bay leaves. Let sit for another 10 minutes or so then serve. Serves 3
