Introduction

Nice blend of mango chicken sausage with onions bellpeppers and a touch of garlic. Nice blend of mango chicken sausage with onions bellpeppers and a touch of garlic.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 package of 4 Aidells Mango Chicken Smoked Sausage (sliced diagonally into pieces)
    Bell Peppers (Fresh tri colored) 1 cup
    Onions sliced 1 Cup
    Garlic 1 clove chopped
    1 tblsp of Canola oil

Directions

the servings size is basically four even scoops (approx 1 cup)

heat the canola oil on skillet then add chicken sausage, bell peppers, onions and garlic. takes about 15 minutes all and all.

I serve it with a cup of brown rices and broccoli.
