Turkey Mac

Ingredients

    Jennie O Ground Turkey - Lean or X-Lean, 20oz
    Kraft Mac & Chees Mix - 2 boxes
    1 cups chopped onion
    .5 cup chopped peppers
    .25 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms or 1 can mushrooms
    5 tbsp Worcestershire

    .

Directions

Brown turkey till done. Add onions, peppers, and celery. Continue till onions are cooked. Add Mushrooms and worcestershire. Continue on low to medium heat.

Prepare the Mac & Cheese according to Lite directions. (found underneath regular directions - i generally don't add the butter, so you can save some calories and fat).

Combine turkey mix and mac & cheese and mix well.

Salt and Pepper to taste
