Suzeqews Chicken Soup

Introduction

Made it up as I went along. Made it up as I went along.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 small whole chicken (around 1kg o 2 pound)
    Chicken Cube (if required)
    Oyster Sauce (2 Tbsp)
    Egg Noodles 4.5 cups
    Lots of veges eg
    1 Cup broccoli,
    2 Cups cauliflower
    2 Medium Carrots
    3 sticks celery
    1 Fresh cob of Corn (kernels only)
    1 Tbsp shallots (spring onions)
    8 Cups water

Directions

Cut whole chicken into small pieces (eg drumstick, thigh, breast quarters and wings. Brown Chicken in 1 Tbsp Olive oil, Remove. Add 1 Tbsp Oil again and brown veges which have been cut into small pieces. Add vegetables in order of cooking time. Add water, stock cube and salt and pepper to taste (s&p not included in tally). Cook noodles seperately in plenty of boiling water as directed. Ladle into bowls.
Share chicken pieces across bowls.
Top with soup.
