Tasty Crock Pork Beef Tips

Submitted by: MOMSJUNK

Introduction

This is very easy. You can flour meat and brown it first or not. I usually don"t . If you love mushrooms, throw some fresh ones on top before cooking. You can double the meat in this and there will still be enough sauce without doubling the soups. I serve it over rice that has been cooked in canned beef broth. This is very easy. Directions

Put meat in small crock pot. Sprinkle on the brown gravy mix. Then pour soups over the top. Slighty stir. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours depending on how tender you like your meat. Serve over rice that has been cooked in beef broth or (adding on lots of calories) on top of mash pototoes. You can double the meat in this and there will still be enough sauce without doubling the soups.
