Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened apple juice
    1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
    1/4 cup raisins
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 cup quick oats

Directions

Place apple juice, apple, raisins and salt in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir in cinnamon. Add oats and cook about 1 minute, until desired consistency. Serves 2
