IntroductionI took Mrs. Shaft's recipe and exchanged it for some lower cal and lower fat ingredients. I took Mrs. Shaft's recipe and exchanged it for some lower cal and lower fat ingredients.
1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can of tuna, stored in water
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. skim milk
6 oz. egg noodles, unenriched
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
2 tsp. margarine
Melt margarine and mix in with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle along the top of the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
