Number of Servings: 12


    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 cup Total Cereal
    1 tbls. baking powder
    2 tbls. sugar
    1 large egg
    2 tbls. canola oil
    1/3 cup skim milk
    3 medium bananas


Mix dry ingredients. Combine all other ingredients in blender, and blend on low speed until banana is pureed. Pour into dry ingredients, and stir only until combined. Fill greased or nonstick muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes. Makes 12.
