Sauted Cabbage with BaconSubmitted by: SLCOLMAN
2 lb 4 oz head of cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 tbs bacon bits
Saute covered over medium to medium high heat stirring occasionally until it begins to wilt.
Add in the seasoning salt and black pepper.
Continue to cook covered until the cabbage is tender crisp and the onions are tender.
Add in the bacon bits for the final minute of cooking.
