Ingredients

    Flour
    Baking Powder
    Baking Soda
    Salt
    Shortening (Crisco)
    Sugar in the Raw
    Eggs
    Mashed Bananas (best very ripe)
    (option) Nuts

Directions

Cream (blend) shortening and sugar, add eggs (one at a time beating well), add sifted dry ingredients, mashed bananas and nuts (optional). Bake in oven for about an hour at 350 degrees.
