Turkey and Stuffing Loaf

Introduction

This is adapted from another Recipe , using more fresh ingredients and no sausage. I also allow for larger serving sizes, while keeping Calories down. Ingredients

    * Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * *Ketchup, Heinz, 12 tbsp (remove)
    * Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    * Pepperidge Farms Cubed Herb Seasoned Stuffing, Dry, 1 serving (remove)
    * Worcestershire sauce, 4 tsp (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Heat oil in small pan add onion and garlic. cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tender. Move to large bowl.
Combine 1/4 cup of the ketchup and 2 tsp. of the Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
Add ground turkey, remaining ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, the egg, and stuffing to the bowl with the onions. Mix until just incorporated.
Mound the meat mixture into a 9X5 loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Pour out the excess grease and top with the Ketchup and Worcestershire sauce mix. Bake for an additional 30 minutes, Let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
