Quick Chicken Stew

Ingredients

    * Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium , chopped
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    * Garlic, 1 tsp.
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    * Beans, great northern, 1 can
    * Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can
    * Brown Sugar, 2 T.
    * Molasses, 2 T.
    * Allspice, 0.25 tsp
    * Dry Mustard 0.25 tsp.
    * Salt sense 0.5 tsp.

Directions

Saute onion, carrots, celery and garlic in pan until tender- about 7 minutes.
Cut chicken in bite-size pieces. Add to skilletwith vegetables and cook 3-5 minutes, until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.Reduce heat and cook about 5 more minutes.
Makes 5 1cup servings
