Ground meat (Chicken & Beef) and Vegetables Mixture

Introduction

Can be used for cabbage rolls, stuffed peppers or Mini Meatloves Can be used for cabbage rolls, stuffed peppers or Mini Meatloves
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 pound of ground chicken breast
    1 pound of ground Sirloin
    3/4 cups of Kroger Recipe Beginnings Mirepoix Style Blend...Onions, Carrots & Celery
    a couple of teaspoons of dryed Vegetable Flakes
    1 t salt
    1 t pepper
    Good shake of Dried Onions

Directions

Mix all together
Make 4 oz. Mini Meatloves in a cupcake pan, cover with tinfoil, and bake.
Put 4oz rolls of meat mixture in steamed Cabbage leaves, cover with V8 Spicy juice, cover,and bake.
Use 4ozs. of the meat mixture to stuff peppers, cover with V*Spicy juice , cover, and bake.
Bake on 350* until done. about an hour
