cookies and cream pie

Introduction

I'm not a big fan of dessert but sometimes, you just gotta live a little. I came up with this recipe one day when I really needed something sweet but didn't want a lot of calories. I make these little "pies" in small dessert cups and everyone feels special because they get their own. I'm not a big fan of dessert but sometimes, you just gotta live a little. Crush up both packages of the Thin Crisp Oreos. Pour one and a half packages into a bowl, add the chopped pecans and melted butter. Stir to combine. Distribute crust evenly into 5 small dessert bowls, pressing crumb mixture into the bottom of each bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix pudding mix with the milk. Stir for two minutes until it begins to set up. Pour remaining crushed oreo crisps into pudding mix and stir. Evenly distribute pudding mix over the crust in each bowl.
