Introduction

This is an easy breakfast that you can make the night before or the same day. This oatmeal is a favorite with children. You can substitute raisins for chopped apples and walnuts or dried cranberries. Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 c Oats
    1/2c Milk, nonfat,
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    3/4 tsp Salt
    1tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    1/2c Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/4 cApplesauce, unsweetened
    1/2c Raisins

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
3. Combine all ingredients together.
4. Spread on prepared baking pan.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
6. Immediately spoon into a bowl.
7. Top with warm milk, fresh fruit or brown sugar if desired.
