Yogurt, 6 oz. Fat Free
Blueberries, 1 cup, frozen
Banana, Sm or Med. (optional to freeze first to make smoothie thicker)
Milk, Fat Free, 1/2 cup
Ground Flax meal, 1T (optional)
(The flax meal is optional and has little to do with the taste, but it's so good for you and makes the smoothie even thicker.)
