Thai Chili Salad Dressing

Introduction

I really like Thai Chili sauce and have developed a rather spicy and tangy salad dressing using Thai Chili Sauce. Although the Thai Chili sauce has a good bit of sugar, I only use 1 Tbsp in the recipe so it's not too bad. Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Kikkoman Thai Style Chili Sauce
    4 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    4 Tbsp Sesame Oil (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. I like it very spicy and tangy and I don't use the sesame oil. However, if you want to tame it down a bit the sesame oil will do that and add a very nice nutty flavor. Sesame oil is one of the more healthy oils.
