    enough potatoes to fill a 9 x 13" caserole pan 3/4" full
    6 TBSP butter
    3 C milk
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 c onion raw and chopped
    2 C chedder cheese
    1/2 c chopped ham


melt butter in saucepan. add salt and pepper and flour. slowly add milk and cook untill thickened. mix with potatoes, ham and cheese. put in oven at 350 for 2 hrs or untill done; may cover the 1st hour w/ foil. 1 serving is 1/2 cup
