2 cups (dry) Garden Rotini cooked and drained, makes about 3-1/2 cups cooked.
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup.
1 Cup Evaporated Skim Milk
2 Cups sliced fresh Mushrooms.
6 Green Onions chopped.
3 cans Chunk Light Tuna in Water drained.
3 tsp Dried minced Garlic (we really like garlic!).
2 Tbsp Dried Parsley.
Salt and Pepper to taste (not included in nutrition info)
Sometimes I like to add a little cayenne pepper to shake things up. Feel free to fool with the spices, just be careful with the salt products.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook rotini according to directions and drain.
Mix all other ingredients in large bowl.
Add rotini and mix.
Spray large casserole dish, put mixture in and cover.
Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
Remove cover and bake for 15 more minutes to brown top.
