3 cups cottage cheese, nonfat -- pureed*
1 1/2 cup milk, 1% low fat
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese**
8 cups kelp noodles
garlic or other seasonsings to your taste
2. Mix the cottage cheese, parmesan cheese and desired spices.
3. Combine the alfredo sauce and kelp noodles stirring often till hot, do not boil.
OPTION : Toss your choice of sautÃ©ed or steamed vegetables, chicken and shrimp.
5. Serve and enjoy!
*Instead of cottage cheese, I've used milk and about 2 tbsp. flour as thickening agent.
**Parmesan cheese could be left out and still taste good, but substitute w/ 1 tbsp. flour/cornstarch to thicken the sauce and add more if needed
