Pepper Jack Mac and Cheese

Introduction

I used whole wheat pasta and chicken breast for this recipe. It would have slightly different nutritional values for regular pasta and without meat. I add Zadies Italian seasoning, becuase it has no sodium. I used whole wheat pasta and chicken breast for this recipe. Ingredients

    1 jar of Ragu light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce
    1 bag of shredded pepper jack cheese (8 oz)
    1 lb bag of whole wheat elbow macaroni
    1 lb of chicken breast
    Zadie's italian seasoning to taste
    1/4 cup bread crumbs are optional

Directions

Saute chicken breast in small strips.

Boil pasta so that it is just barely done.

Drain pasta, add chicken, sauce, and cheese.
Mix together and then put in 3 quart casserole dish or 9 x 11 pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
