Chili

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef
    1 lb Italian sausage
    2 cans chili beans in spicy sauce
    2 cans diced tomatoes with juice
    1 onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 Tbs bacon bits
    4 cubes beef bouillon
    1/4 cup chili powder
    1 Tbs Worcestershire
    1 Tbc minced garlic
    1 Tbs oregano
    2 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp Tabasco
    1 tsp basil
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp cayenne
    1 tsp sugar
    I bag Fritos
    8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook beef and sausage. Drain fat. Add everything else except Fritos and cheese. Simmer on low heat for at least 2 hours. Top with Fritos and cheese.
