2 slices bacon 1 cup chopped onion 3 cloves miced garlic 2 quarts canned green beans, drained dash pepper about 2 tsp. ham broth powder if you have it
In a large skillet on low heat, fry the bacon until crisp. Remove to drain on paper towels. Saute the onion and garlic in the bacon fat until tender. Add drained green beans. Turn heat to high. Add ham broth powder and pepper to taste. Stir-fry until all liquid is absorbed. Place in serving dish and sprinkle crused bacon on top. Makes about 5-1/2 cups.
