Pork Stew, crockpot

Ingredients

    1 lb pork loin, cut into cubes
    5 medium potatoes, cubed
    4 carrots, cut into chunks
    1 c frozen peas
    1 c frozen corn
    1/4 c flour
    1 can condensed tomato soup

Directions

Mix pork and flour in the crockpot. Add vegetables and soup. Fill with water to the top of the vegetables. Cook on low for the day or high for half a day. Makes approx. 6 - 1.5 cup servings
