Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Onion powder, 1 tbsp
Paprika, 2 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1 tbsp
Chicken Drumstick, 13 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken)
Country Corn Flakes Cereal, 2 cup (1 serving)
Flour, white, 0.25 cup
Combine all other dry ingredients in seperate bowl, crush corn flakes till fine like bread crumbs, stir thouroughly.
Dip chicken into egg batter then in flour then place on cooking sprayed baking sheet and cook for 45 minuets turning 3 times.
This recipe will be lighter if you skin your drumsticks first!

Where are the quantities? We can't possibly get a accurate calorie count without redoing the whole recipe. I would like to make it, it sounds interesting. - 1/7/09
