LaRaine's Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

Lundberg Wild Blend Brown Rice-1/2 cup cooked(1/4 dry), 4 serving
Green Bell Peppers 4 pepper, large
Carrots, raw, 1 large
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, slices
Onions, raw, .5 small
Extra Lean Ground Turkey 99%fat free, 16 oz
Pasta Sauce, 2 cup
Directions
Chop onion, mushroom and shred carrot add to turkey in skillet and cook until meat browns
Cook rice as per package while that is all cooking slice bell peppers in to equal halves and clean out seeds and membrane
Mix together turkey and rice spoon equally into pepper halves place into a foil lined 13x9 pan coated with cooking spray cover with more foil and bake at 350 for 25 mins top each pepper with 1/4 cup of sauce and bake for another 5 mins
