Ingredients

    4 cups sliced steamed carrpts
    1/2 med onion sliced
    1 can 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tblsp Mrs Dash's seasoning

Directions

steam carrots and saute the onions , combine all ingrediants and place in baking dish, bake for about 25 minuites until hot through
