Introduction

Yummy, portable lunch in a pita. I substitute Weight Watcher's brand pita for more fiber and fewer calories.
Can also substitute whole wheat flatbread and roll up ingredients.

Ingredients

    1 pita pocket
    2T salsa
    1 c black beans
    1/4 avocado, chopped
    1 c shredded Romaine lettuce

Directions

Split open top of pita and stuff with remaining ingredients.
Makes 1 serving.
