Low-Fat Ham and Cheese Omelet

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Medium Egg
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters (Southwestern Style for kick)
    1 Slice Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles
    1/2 slice Boneless Ham Steak

Directions

Mix Egg beaters with egg in small bowl. Place in medium preheated pan and cover.

Dice ham into small pieces and fry to golden brown.

Uncover Egg and add ham and slice of cheese to top of egg mixture. Cook until cheese melts and then fold and serve.

You may also add diced veggies of your choosing such as onion, bell peppers, etc..

Also to add more kick try Cajun seasoning or Cayenne pepper in small pinch increments. Careful though, the more you add the hotter it will be!
