LC Meatloaf

Introduction

Topped with 1.5 servings of my LC Meatloaf Topper. Topped with 1.5 servings of my LC Meatloaf Topper.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Pork skins, plain, 8 oz crushed
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 16 oz
    Bacon, chopped, 3 slices
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Lea & Perrins, 1 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, .5 cup
    Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, 1 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*. Mix all ingredients together. Place in 2 oiled casserole dishes. Top with 3 tbsp LC Meatloaf topper. Bake for 1 hour. Add shredded cheese to the top 10 min before meatloaf is finished cooking, if desired. Makes 12 servings.
